Crispy Air Fryer Tofu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 block (16 oz) of extra-firm tofu
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
05 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange tofu in one layer and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Shake it every now and then so it crisps evenly.
02 - Use a tofu press or something heavy to press the tofu for a minimum of 15 minutes. Slice it into smaller, bite-friendly cubes and place them in a bowl.
03 - Mix the other ingredients together in a little bowl. Pour this tasty mix over the tofu cubes and gently toss to coat everything. Leave it to soak for 15 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Can substitute sesame oil with all olive oil
02 - Lasts in the fridge for 4-5 days
03 - Using super-firm tofu gives extra crunch
