# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough Ball Ingredients

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
02 - 1 cup rolled oats
03 - Pinch of salt, if needed
04 - ½ cup M&Ms in pastel colors
05 - ½ cup white chocolate pieces
06 - ¼ cup natural honey
07 - ¼ cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
08 - Shredded coconut to roll, if you want

# Steps:

01 - Toss the oats, M&Ms, and chocolate pieces in a medium-sized bowl.
02 - In another small bowl, whisk the honey and peanut butter until it's creamy. Stir in vanilla and salt if you'd like.
03 - Pour the wet mix over the dry and stir everything until it clumps together and sticks when squished.
04 - With clean hands, shape small one-inch balls. If it's too sticky to handle, pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes first.
05 - For an extra touch, roll the balls in coconut shreds for a light coating.
06 - Arrange the balls on a flat plate or tray and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
07 - Eat right away or store them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Swap in mini-sized M&Ms for a fun candy spread.
02 - Go nut-free by using sunflower seed or almond butter as a replacement.
03 - Boost the protein by stirring in 2-3 tablespoons of powder.
04 - For a crunchy twist, fold in crushed crackers or chopped nuts.
