15-Minute Beef Bowl (Print Version)

Savory beef dish with ginger, soy, and sesame flavors.

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil
02 - ¼ cup soy sauce, low sodium
03 - ¼ cup packed brown sugar
04 - ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
05 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Main

06 - 3 cloves minced garlic
07 - 1 pound ground beef
08 - 1 tablespoon oil for cooking

→ Garnish

09 - ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
10 - 2 finely sliced green onions

# Steps:

01 - Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and pepper flakes in a bowl until smooth.
02 - Heat oil in a pan, toss in garlic, and cook until you smell it. Add beef and cook for 3-5 minutes until it's no longer pink. Get rid of the fat.
03 - Pour in the sauce and toss in green onions. Let it simmer while stirring for 2 minutes.
04 - Top with sesame seeds and leftover green onions before serving.
