# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup bread crumbs
03 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1/4 cup milk
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In three separate dishes, prepare the coating stations: mix breadcrumbs, half of the grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in one dish; whisk the eggs and milk together in a second dish; place the all-purpose flour in a third dish.
02 - Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, ensuring full coverage. Dip the floured chicken into the egg mixture, then coat evenly in the breadcrumb mixture.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the coated chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove chicken from the skillet and transfer to a baking dish.
04 - Combine the remaining grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and minced garlic in a bowl. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
05 - Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
