Fried Cauliflower Snack (Print Version)

Soft cauliflower pieces are dipped in eggs and flour, then fried till crispy and golden. A simple snack or delicious vegetable side dish!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 head of small cauliflower.
02 - 3 whole eggs.
03 - ½ cup of flour for coating.
04 - ¼ tsp of ground pepper.
05 - ⅓ tsp of salt.
06 - 4 tbsp of vegetable oil to fry.
07 - Optional garlic topping:
08 - 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic.
09 - 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped.
10 - 2 tbsp of olive oil.
11 - 1 tbsp squeezed lemon juice.

# Steps:

01 - Separate the cauliflower into florets of medium to small sizes. Drop them into salty boiling water for about 7-9 minutes till they're soft. Strain the water.
02 - Whisk up the eggs with pepper and salt in one bowl. Use another bowl to hold the flour.
03 - Dust the florets with flour first, then dip them into the egg mix.
04 - Add them to a skillet with oil heated to medium. Cook each side 3-4 minutes till golden.
05 - Combine parsley, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Sprinkle over florets if you'd like.
