Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Yogurt Cups

01 - 1 cup yogurt, pick your favorite kind
02 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced into small bits
03 - 1/2 cup granola, save extra for sprinkling

→ Topping

04 - 1/4 cup granola, crumbled is better here
05 - 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, chop or slice as preferred

# Instructions:

01 - If you're using a silicone 12-cup pan or a regular pan with liners, get that ready now.
02 - Drop 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each muffin cup. Move the pan to the side for now.
03 - Add yogurt and chopped strawberries to a mixing bowl. Use a fork or pastry cutter to mash the fruit into the yogurt until mixed but still chunky. Give it all a good stir until combined.
04 - Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mix into each muffin cup. Smooth it out by lightly tapping the pan.
05 - Add a slice or some pieces of strawberries to the top of each cup. Sprinkle roughly 1 teaspoon of granola over the top.
06 - Put the pan in the freezer and let it sit for 2 to 4 hours, or until everything's firm. Let them sit out for a few minutes before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Stays good in the freezer for up to 1-2 months
02 - Dairy-free yogurt works great if you need it
03 - Wait 3-5 minutes to soften before eating
