01 -
If you're using a silicone 12-cup pan or a regular pan with liners, get that ready now.
02 -
Drop 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each muffin cup. Move the pan to the side for now.
03 -
Add yogurt and chopped strawberries to a mixing bowl. Use a fork or pastry cutter to mash the fruit into the yogurt until mixed but still chunky. Give it all a good stir until combined.
04 -
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mix into each muffin cup. Smooth it out by lightly tapping the pan.
05 -
Add a slice or some pieces of strawberries to the top of each cup. Sprinkle roughly 1 teaspoon of granola over the top.
06 -
Put the pan in the freezer and let it sit for 2 to 4 hours, or until everything's firm. Let them sit out for a few minutes before eating.
