# Ingredients:

01 - 3.5 cups white chocolate chips
02 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk
03 - 0.5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
04 - Blue food coloring
05 - Sprinkles for garnish
06 - Cooking spray for pan

# Steps:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.
02 - Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium power at 1-minute intervals, stirring with a fork after each minute, until melted and smooth.
03 - Add vanilla extract and blue food coloring to the bowl. Stir until fully incorporated.
04 - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and top with sprinkles. Refrigerate for 3 hours until fully set.
