Turn the oven to 350°F (176°C) so it can heat up. Toss the beans into a food processor and blend until smooth and thick. In a big mixing bowl, stir together the pureed beans, eggs, oil, and vanilla until combined.

Grab a separate bowl and mix the cocoa powder, sugar, salt, baking powder, and coffee (if you'd like to use it). Sprinkle this dry mixture into the wet mixture, then fold in the chocolate chips gently.

Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with parchment and make sure to grease it. Pour the batter evenly into the pan. Bake for about 30–40 minutes, until the center is mostly solid and the edges appear done.

Wait until the brownies are completely cool before slicing them into squares.
