Golden chicken skewers brushed with garlic parmesan butter, air fried for tender, flavorful bites.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Marinade

01 - 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil

→ Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

03 - 1 stick butter
04 - 8-10 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
06 - 1 tbsp hot sauce
07 - 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
08 - 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced

→ Chicken Seasonings

09 - 2 teaspoons paprika
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
13 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper

# Steps:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
02 - Combine chicken seasonings in a small bowl. Cut chicken into 3-inch pieces and toss with olive oil and seasoning mixture until evenly coated. Skewer the chicken tightly without leaving gaps. Trim skewers if needed to fit in the air fryer.
03 - Melt butter and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl until partially melted. Whisk in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and parmesan until combined. Reserve 1/3 of the sauce for basting par-cooked chicken and the rest for cooked chicken. Wash basting brush between uses to prevent cross-contamination.
04 - Cook 2-3 skewers at a time at 400°F for 5 minutes. Flip skewers, baste with garlic parmesan sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes at 400°F. Flip again, baste, and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
05 - Once cooked, baste skewers with reserved clean sauce, sprinkle with extra parmesan, and serve immediately.
