Combine the chili flakes, garlic-pepper seasoning, and parmesan in a bag or container. Toss in the chicken pieces to coat them evenly. Chill in the fridge for half an hour or more.

Spray a skillet with cooking oil and bring to medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the pan, cook for 4 minutes on one side, flip them, then cook for another 2–3 minutes or until cooked through.

In a bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, sweetener, chili flakes, and garlic-pepper seasoning until well blended.

Follow the cooking directions on the pasta package to prepare it.
