Holiday Goat Cheese Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Blend

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 8 oz soft goat cheese

→ Flavor Boosters

03 - 1/4 cup honey (split in half)
04 - 1/8 tsp salt
05 - 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

→ Crunchy Coating

06 - 3/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
07 - 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
08 - 1 1/3 cups chopped pecans (use part for coating)

# Instructions:

01 - Whip cream cheese, goat cheese, half the honey, salt, and cinnamon until creamy and smooth. Stir in 1/3 cup chopped pecans at the end.
02 - In a small bowl, toss together the remaining pecans, dried cranberries, and parsley.
03 - Take portions of the cheese mixture, roll into small 1-inch spheres, and cover them all in the cranberry and parsley mixture.
04 - Place the coated balls on a non-stick surface and pop them in the fridge for 20 minutes or more before you share.
