Whip cream cheese, goat cheese, half the honey, salt, and cinnamon until creamy and smooth. Stir in 1/3 cup chopped pecans at the end.

In a small bowl, toss together the remaining pecans, dried cranberries, and parsley.

Take portions of the cheese mixture, roll into small 1-inch spheres, and cover them all in the cranberry and parsley mixture.

Place the coated balls on a non-stick surface and pop them in the fridge for 20 minutes or more before you share.
