Golden Fried Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Ravioli Prep Ingredients

01 - One pack (12 oz) of frozen ravioli (cheese-filled or meat-filled)
02 - A cup of plain breadcrumbs (panko or Italian-style)
03 - Two large eggs, lightly whisked
04 - Around a cup of all-purpose flour
05 - A teaspoon of Italian herb mix
06 - A teaspoon of garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper to your taste
08 - Vegetable or canola oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - In one shallow bowl, add the flour. Use another container to whisk the eggs. Mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
02 - First, toss the frozen ravioli in the flour, shaking off what doesn’t stick. Dip it into the eggs, then press it into the breadcrumb mix. Do this for each piece.
03 - Pour oil into a large pan and heat it over medium-high until you notice a shimmering surface.
04 - Work in small batches. Drop the breaded ravioli into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn golden and crisp. Let them sit on paper towels to remove excess oil.
05 - Arrange the fried ravioli on a plate and serve immediately. Pair them with a bowl of marinara sauce or any favorite dips.

# Notes:

01 - Bread the ravioli while still frozen for a better coating.
02 - Air frying works as a less greasy alternative.
03 - Enjoy them fresh and hot for the best crunch.
