First, toss the frozen ravioli in the flour, shaking off what doesn’t stick. Dip it into the eggs, then press it into the breadcrumb mix. Do this for each piece.

Pour oil into a large pan and heat it over medium-high until you notice a shimmering surface.

Work in small batches. Drop the breaded ravioli into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn golden and crisp. Let them sit on paper towels to remove excess oil.
