Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs (Print Version)

Stuffed biscuits with garlicky butter. Crispy layers outside, stretchy cheese inside. So fast and delicious.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 package (8-count) Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
02 - 4 mozzarella string cheese sticks, each sliced into 8 pieces

→ Garlic Butter

03 - 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped finely
05 - 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
06 - Small pinch of fine salt

# Steps:

01 - Before starting, set your oven to 400°F so it's hot and ready to bake.
02 - Take the biscuits out of the packaging. Split each one into halves, then press or roll them down to about 1/4 inch thick, aiming for a round shape.
03 - Grab a small bowl and combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a sprinkle of salt. You'll use this for brushing over the dough.
04 - Place two mozzarella pieces in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough completely over the cheese, pressing the edges to seal. Put the seam side on the baking tray.
05 - Brush the balls generously with the garlic butter. Pop the tray into the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, watching for a golden top.
06 - When they come out, brush them again with the leftover garlic butter while they're still hot. Serve right away so you get that gooey cheese.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Use a bright baking tray to stop the bottoms from browning too much.
02 - Tastes best fresh when the cheese is stretchy.
03 - You can prep them in advance and bake later.
