Grab a hand mixer and blend together flour, sugar, and baking powder with eggs, milk, and vanilla. Once mixed, add the melted butter and mix lightly. Pour into the prepared dish.

Stir the cinnamon, brown sugar, flour, and softened butter until smooth and combined.

Scoop bits of the cinnamon mix onto your batter. Drag a knife through the dollops to spread them in swirls across the cake.

Pop the pan in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife stuck in the middle comes out without goo.

Mix together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the cake while it’s still warm.
