01 - 1 lb lean ground beef
02 - 8 flour or corn tortillas
03 - 2 cups enchilada sauce
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
05 - 1 medium onion, diced
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 tsp cumin
08 - 1 tsp chili powder

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with diced onions until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
03 - Add minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute.
04 - Spoon beef mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
05 - Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
06 - Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
