Pinwheel Sandwiches Ham Turkey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
02 - 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
03 - 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
04 - 8 ounces sliced American or cheddar cheese
05 - 1 pound deli-sliced baked ham
06 - 1 pound deli-sliced turkey breast
07 - 16 butter lettuce leaves

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch seasoning until well combined.
02 - On a clean surface, lay tortillas flat. Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture. Place 2 to 3 slices of cheese on the bottom two-thirds of each tortilla. Top the cheese with ham and turkey. Add 2 to 3 lettuce leaves and tightly roll up each tortilla.
03 - To serve immediately, slice rolled tortillas into 1-inch rounds and arrange on a platter. For make-ahead preparation, place the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet and refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Slice into rounds when ready to serve.
