# Steps:

01 - Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pound them between plastic wrap to about ¼ inch thickness to ensure even cooking.
02 - Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
03 - Set out three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for whisked eggs, and one for breading mixture.
04 - Mix whole wheat bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, dried basil, and dried parsley in the third bowl.
05 - Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, dip in whisked eggs, and coat in breading mixture. Press gently to ensure coating adheres.
