01 - 3 cups crispy rice cereal
02 - 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips
03 - 1 cup peanut butter (substitute with any nut or seed butter if needed)
04 - 1/2 cup maple syrup
05 - 1/4 cup coconut oil (optional substitution with grass-fed butter)

# Steps:

01 - Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish or any deep baking tray of choice with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - Add crispy rice cereal to a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop, combine the vegan chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Heat until completely melted. Remove from heat and whisk the mixture until fully smooth.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the crispy rice cereal and mix thoroughly until the cereal is fully coated.
