# Ingredients:

01 - 2 green onions, sliced
02 - ½ cup roasted peanuts
03 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
04 - 1 pound chicken breast, sliced

→ Sauce

05 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
06 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
07 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
08 - ¼ cup soy sauce

→ Other

09 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
10 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

# Steps:

01 - Scatter the green onions and red pepper flakes on top and grab a bowl of steamed rice to dig in
02 - Splash the sauce you set aside into the pan, let it bubble and thicken while you stir to coat everything nicely
03 - Throw peanuts and bell pepper in with the chicken, toss it all and cook till the peppers get soft
04 - Add the sliced chicken to hot oil in your pan and stir it around until the pieces look golden on both sides
05 - Grab a bowl and mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin, and cornstarch until it’s smooth without any lumps
