Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

On the non-buttered side of one slice, spread mascarpone cheese, add sliced banana, and drizzle with honey. Cover with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing outward.

Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill each side for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from skillet, cut in half, and enjoy hot.
