Refreshing iced matcha latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Matcha Mixture

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional for extra flavor)
02 - ½ to 1 teaspoon matcha powder (use more if you like it strong)
03 - 60 ml (¼ cup) water, warm or room temp
04 - 1 teaspoon sweetener of your choice (maple syrup, honey, etc.)

→ Berry Layer

05 - 4-5 strawberries (fresh works best, thaw if using frozen)

→ To Put It All Together

06 - 125 ml (½ cup) milk or milk substitute
07 - Ice cubes, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Grab the strawberries and take off their stems. Squish ‘em up in a small bowl using a fork until smooth. For an extra silky texture, blend them in a blender instead.
02 - Stir the matcha and water together in a small bowl. Toss in your sweetener and vanilla. Keep whisking until it’s completely smooth with no lumps.
03 - Take a tall glass and toss in the ice cubes. Pour the mashed strawberry mix over the ice, then slowly add the milk.
04 - Gently pour the matcha mixture over the milk. You’ll see the matcha float on top, making those fancy layers.
05 - Use a straw or long spoon to blend everything right before drinking. Sip it fresh while it’s looking and tasting its best.

# Notes:

01 - Want your matcha stronger? Add the full teaspoon. For less punch, stick to a half.
02 - This works with any milk—regular, almond, oat, or even coconut. They all taste great.
03 - Enjoy this drink right away, or those nice layers will mix naturally over time.
