In a small jar or container, stir together the milk, white chocolate syrup, and peppermint syrup using a whisk or milk frother. Set aside.

Add ice to a tall glass, then pour the espresso over the ice.

Pour the white chocolate peppermint milk mixture over the espresso and stir. Garnish with whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, and/or crushed candy canes, if desired.
