Homemade Stromboli (Print Version)

Italian bread packed with pepperoni, salami, and gooey cheeses, brushed in garlic butter, baked golden perfection.

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 oz mozzarella cheese
02 - 6 oz provolone cheese
03 - 4 oz pepperoni
04 - 4 oz Genoa salami
05 - 1 lb pizza dough

→ Brushing Needs

06 - Egg wash for sealing edges
07 - Melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley

# Steps:

01 - Roll the dough flat into a rectangle, then spread that garlicky butter mix on top.
02 - Lay down the cheeses and meats, but leave about an inch free around the edges.
03 - Roll it longways, seal it shut with egg wash, and move it to your baking sheet.
04 - Cut diagonal slits on top, then brush the rest of the egg wash over it.
05 - Pop it in a 400°F oven for around 25 minutes until it’s golden and hits 200°F inside.
06 - Set it aside for 10 minutes before cutting to stop the fillings from oozing.
