Roll the dough flat into a rectangle, then spread that garlicky butter mix on top.

Lay down the cheeses and meats, but leave about an inch free around the edges.

Roll it longways, seal it shut with egg wash, and move it to your baking sheet.

Cut diagonal slits on top, then brush the rest of the egg wash over it.

Pop it in a 400°F oven for around 25 minutes until it’s golden and hits 200°F inside.

Set it aside for 10 minutes before cutting to stop the fillings from oozing.
