Italian Stromboli (Print Version)

Layers of salami, ham, and pepperoni wrapped in pizza dough, brushed with a garlicky butter finish for a crispy, golden crust.

# Ingredients:

→ Base and Proteins

01 - 1 package of Pillsbury pizza dough
02 - 10 slices of Genoa salami
03 - 12 pieces of sandwich pepperoni
04 - 8 slices of deli ham

→ Cheese & Extras

05 - 8 slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese
06 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up small
07 - 2 teaspoons of parsley, finely diced
08 - 2 tablespoons of softened butter
09 - 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven temperature by following the details on the pizza dough container. Combine the melted butter with Parmesan, garlic, and parsley.
02 - Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray. Spread out the pizza dough until it's close to covering the entire tray.
03 - Start layering slices of ham, salami, pepperoni, and cheese right on top of the dough.
04 - Roll the dough tightly from the longer edge, making sure the seam and edges are fully sealed. Cut small slits in the top using a sharp-edged knife to let steam escape.
05 - Slather the outside with your garlic butter mix. Cook it in the oven following the package's timing until the crust turns golden.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Give it a few minutes to cool off before cutting. Pair it with marinara sauce to dip.
