In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, and parsley until smooth. Season with salt if needed.

Boil manicotti until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.

Fill each manicotti tube with the prepared cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.

Spread 1/2 cup of sauce on the bottom of a casserole dish. Arrange stuffed manicotti in a single layer.

Pour the remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over the stuffed manicotti.

Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
