Manicotti Italian Style Stuffed (Print Version)

Cheese-filled manicotti baked with marinara, delivering creamy, rich Italian flavor in every bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 8–10 large manicotti pasta tubes

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 eggs, lightly beaten
06 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
07 - Salt, to taste

→ Sauce

08 - 3 cups spaghetti sauce

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, and parsley until smooth. Season with salt if needed.
02 - Boil manicotti until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
03 - Fill each manicotti tube with the prepared cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
04 - Spread 1/2 cup of sauce on the bottom of a casserole dish. Arrange stuffed manicotti in a single layer.
05 - Pour the remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over the stuffed manicotti.
06 - Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
