Juicy Air Fryer Chops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic powder.
02 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
03 - 2 teaspoons paprika spice.
04 - 1 teaspoon fine salt.
05 - 1 tablespoon cooking olive oil (optional).
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
07 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar crystals.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder seasoning.
09 - 2 pork chops with bone, 1-inch thick cuts.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer at 400°F and let it warm up.
02 - Dry off the pork chops with paper towels. Slice cuts in the fat layer about every inch if needed.
03 - Mix up the spices in a bowl. If you'd like, brush chops lightly with oil before rubbing them with the mix.
04 - Space the chops out in the fryer basket so they don't touch.
05 - Air fry for around 12 to 15 minutes. Flip them halfway and cook till they hit 145°F inside.

# Notes:

01 - Time depends on how thick the chops are.
02 - Oil makes them brown nicer, but you can skip it.
03 - A store-bought seasoning mix works too.
