Keto Air Fryer Corn Dogs (Print Version)

Crispy, low-carb corn dogs made with mozzarella and almond flour, golden air-fried for a quick treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Batter

01 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - ¾ cup almond flour

→ Hot Dogs

03 - 6 frankfurter pork sausages or hot dogs, cut in half
04 - 12 wooden sticks

# Steps:

01 - Heat a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Stir frequently for 5 minutes until the cheese melts and forms a cohesive dough. Let the dough cool slightly.
02 - Insert a wooden stick into each hot dog half and set aside.
03 - Take 1 heaping tablespoon of the prepared dough, press it flat, and wrap around each hot dog. Squeeze tightly to seal the dough.
04 - Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper cut to size. Preheat to 350℉ (180℃).
05 - Arrange the corn dogs in the air fryer basket, working in small batches if necessary. Air fry for 5 to 8 minutes at 350℉ (180℃) until golden brown.
06 - Serve warm with mustard or sugar-free ketchup.
