# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
06 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
08 - 1 egg
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste
10 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)

→ Spicy Mayo Dip

11 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or more, to taste)
13 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
14 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
15 - Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
03 - Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
04 - Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a nice golden color.
05 - While the meatballs are baking, mix the mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Adjust the Sriracha amount based on your preferred spice level.
06 - If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the dip for added flavor and visual appeal.
07 - Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm alongside the spicy mayo dip.
