Korean Beef Easy Bowl (Print Version)

Fast ground beef mix with sesame, soy, and ginger for bold Korean taste.

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
02 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil
03 - ¼ cup brown sugar, packed tightly
04 - ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
05 - ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

→ Main

06 - 1 pound ground beef
07 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
08 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

→ Garnish

09 - ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
10 - 2 green onions, sliced thin

# Steps:

01 - Mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until smooth.
02 - Heat up the oil in a pan and stir in the garlic. Cook until it smells amazing, then add in the ground beef. Cook for 3-5 minutes, breaking it apart until no pink remains. Drain the grease.
03 - Pour the sauce over the beef and toss in the green onions. Let it all cook together for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - Sprinkle some sesame seeds and extra green onion on top before serving.
