Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). In one dish, combine breadcrumbs, half of the grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. In a second dish, whisk together eggs and milk. Place the flour in a third dish.

Coat each chicken breast by first dredging in the flour, then dipping into the egg mixture, and finally coating with the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.

Combine the remaining Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
