Energizing breakfast drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 1 frozen medium banana
02 - 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
03 - 1/2 cup of 2% milk
04 - 1 cup of plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

→ Optional Garnish

05 - A dash of matcha powder
06 - Slices of fresh banana

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all your ingredients into the blender, but follow the blender's manual if it recommends a specific order. Liquids like milk and yogurt usually go in first, then add your matcha powder, and finish with the frozen banana.
02 - Crank your blender to high and let it run for about 60 seconds or until the mixture is silky smooth. Check there are no matcha chunks left. If your blender has a smoothie button, use it!
03 - Pour it into a glass, and if you'd like, top it with some banana slices and a pinch of matcha powder. Drink it right away to enjoy it at its best.

# Notes:

01 - Choose bananas that are completely ripe. If they're green, your drink will have a harsh, bitter aftertaste.
02 - Freeze your bananas in pre-cut pieces for easier blending later on.
03 - Make it thinner by adding extra milk or thicker by stirring in more yogurt.
04 - It's best to consume immediately for the freshest taste.
