Toss all your ingredients into the blender, but follow the blender's manual if it recommends a specific order. Liquids like milk and yogurt usually go in first, then add your matcha powder, and finish with the frozen banana.

Crank your blender to high and let it run for about 60 seconds or until the mixture is silky smooth. Check there are no matcha chunks left. If your blender has a smoothie button, use it!
