# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup rolled oats
02 - 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
03 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
04 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
05 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
06 - 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
07 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - Pinch of salt
09 - Chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs for topping (optional)
10 - Fresh berries or banana slices for serving (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl or jar, add rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, brewed coffee, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
02 - Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator. Let it sit overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.
