→ For Cooking

13 - 1–2 tbsp olive oil
14 - 2 cups marinara sauce

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, finely diced onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
02 - Cut fresh mozzarella into 1/2-inch cubes.
03 - Take about 2 tablespoons of meatball mixture, flatten it with fingers, place a mozzarella cube in the center, enclose the cheese, and roll into a ball. Prepare 12 meatballs.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add meatballs, and brown on all sides carefully.
05 - Pour marinara sauce over browned meatballs in the pan. Cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, flipping meatballs halfway for even cooking.
06 - Serve over pasta, garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan cheese, and enjoy!

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Ensure the mozzarella is completely enclosed inside the meatball mixture to prevent it from leaking during cooking.
