Caprese Naan Pizzas (Print Version)

Crispy naan topped with basil, tomatoes, garlic, and mozzarella. Ready fast and full of flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 pieces of naan bread

→ Cheese & Extras

02 - 1 (8 oz) brick of mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 1 (8 oz) bag of fresh mozzarella pearls, halved or torn apart
04 - 4 cloves of garlic, finely grated
05 - 2 tablespoons good-quality olive oil

→ Toppings

06 - A small handful of thinly cut red onion slices
07 - 4 vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced thinly
08 - A sprinkle of flaky sea salt

→ Finishing Touches

09 - Shaved parmesan cheese
10 - A bunch of fresh basil leaves

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F and let it warm up completely.
02 - In a small bowl, toss together the shredded mozzarella block, olive oil, grated garlic, and a tiny pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture looks smooth and shiny.
03 - Distribute the cheese mixture on the naan bread. Lay the sliced tomatoes over the cheese, add some red onion, and top it off with the mozzarella pearls.
04 - Bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on how your oven runs) until the cheese looks golden and bubbly.
05 - Scatter parmesan shavings and basil leaves on top. Slice it up and enjoy while hot!
