Alternatively, crush the crackers in a ziploc bag with a rolling pin, transfer the crumbs to a bowl, and mix in melted butter and sugars.

In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, lemon zest, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and heavy cream. Starting on the lowest speed to prevent splatter, blend thoroughly, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until the mixture becomes thick and stiff.
