Easy Bubblegum Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 cups of powdered sugar
02 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
03 - 1 cup of marshmallow cream
04 - 1 cup bubblegum-flavored syrup
05 - Optional: Pink dye for coloring

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the bubblegum syrup and marshmallow fluff in a big bowl. Mix it all up until it's fluffy and smooth.
02 - Little by little, add about half a cup of powdered sugar at a time. Stir after each addition so it blends fully. Keep going until the dough is soft and easy to handle.
03 - Pour in the vanilla extract. Want it to look more like bubblegum? Just toss in a tiny bit of pink coloring. Stir until the whole batch is the same color.
04 - Use parchment paper to line an 8x8 inch baking pan. Spread the dough evenly, pressing it down so it's flat. Pop it in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours until it's firm.
05 - Take the firm dough out of the dish with the parchment paper. Put it on a cutting board and slice into 8 bars or squares. You can eat them right away or store them in a sealed container to save for later.

# Notes:

01 - Adding the pink color is totally optional, but it makes it look more like bubblegum and makes it pop visually.
02 - These goodies are sweet and light, melting in your mouth like soft marshmallow candies.
03 - Keep them in an airtight container. They'll stay good at room temp for 5 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
