Marshmallow Delight Slice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1/2 cup of melted, unsalted butter
02 - 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers, vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, or digestive biscuits

→ Marshmallow Layer

03 - 2 cups of colorful mini marshmallows
04 - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
06 - 8 oz of softened cream cheese
07 - 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream for whipping
08 - Optional: 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture firmly into an 8x8-inch baking dish lined with parchment. Let it chill for 10 minutes in the fridge.
02 - Blend the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
03 - Gently mix the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Afterward, fold in the mini marshmallows and optional white chocolate chips.
04 - Pour the creamy mixture over the chilled crust and smooth it out. Sprinkle with extra mini marshmallows for decoration.
05 - Cover it tightly and keep it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or better, overnight. Slice it into 12 squares before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Roast the marshmallows a bit for a toasty taste if you'd like.
02 - Feel free to swap the base cookies for a different kind.
03 - Want some crunch? Throw in nuts or shredded coconut.
