Boil water in a big pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta according to the directions on its packaging. When done, rinse under cold water after draining.

Take a small jar with a lid to prepare the dressing. Pour in olive oil and brine, add the garlic, zest from half the lemon, juice from a quarter of it, and add plenty of black pepper. Pop the lid on and shake it all up until it blends together.

Grab a big mixing bowl and toss together the chilled pasta, feta pieces, and olives. Pour the dressing over it, stir well so everything's coated evenly, and adjust flavors by adding salt, lemon juice, or pepper. Dig in!
