A quick-to-make sheet pan pizza with an option for easy dough or a store-bought shortcut, ready in just 45 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Easy Pizza Dough

01 - 2 tbsp olive oil
02 - 1 cup warm water (about 110-115°F)
03 - 1 tsp salt
04 - 2¼ cups all-purpose flour, extra for dusting
05 - 1 tbsp sugar
06 - 1 tbsp instant yeast

→ Topping Choices

07 - ⅔ cup pizza sauce
08 - 5 oz pepperoni
09 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella
10 - 2 tbsp olive oil
11 - ¼ cup grated parmesan

# Steps:

01 - Combine sugar, yeast, salt, and flour in a bowl. Pour in the water and oil, then stir to make a rough ball.
02 - Knead for 3 minutes with a mixer or about 5 minutes by hand. Allow it to rest and puff up for 15 minutes.
03 - Heat oven to 450°F. Coat a large sheet pan (18x13-inch) generously with oil.
04 - Roll out the dough until it's very thin, around ⅛ inch. Layer on the sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
05 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is lightly brown and the cheese is bubbly. Let cool 5 minutes and sprinkle parmesan on top.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - You can swap in store-bought dough if you'd like.
02 - If frozen dough is used, let thaw in the fridge for about 9 hours.
