Taco Ranch Bites (Print Version)

Phyllo shells stuffed with taco-flavored meat, melted cheese, and ranch for easy, crowd-pleasing snacks.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1 bottle (8 oz) ranch dressing
03 - 1 pound lean ground beef
04 - 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles, unstrained
05 - 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix

→ Shells

06 - 5 packs (15 per pack) frozen phyllo tart shells

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Heat ground beef in a pan until it’s browned and cooked through. Remove any grease.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning and undrained tomatoes with chiles. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
04 - In a bowl, mix shredded cheese with ranch dressing. Add the beef mixture and blend everything together.
05 - Put the mixture into the frozen phyllo shells. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or a few minutes longer if shells are fully frozen.

01 - You can freeze the unfilled shells until you’re ready to use them.
