Set oven to 350°F and let it warm up.

Heat ground beef in a pan until it’s browned and cooked through. Remove any grease.

Stir in taco seasoning and undrained tomatoes with chiles. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix shredded cheese with ranch dressing. Add the beef mixture and blend everything together.

Put the mixture into the frozen phyllo shells. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or a few minutes longer if shells are fully frozen.
