Chicken Parmesan Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 cups (24 oz) marinara sauce
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 1/2 lbs diced chicken breasts
04 - 8 oz penne pasta

→ Seasonings

05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - 2 tsp Italian herb blend
07 - 1/2 tsp salt
08 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Cheese

09 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
10 - 1/3 cup grated parmesan

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the penne until it's firm but not mushy. Save 1/2 cup of the pasta water before draining.
02 - Toss diced chicken with seasoning and cook in oil for 5-7 minutes, until browned.
03 - Mix marinara, parmesan, seasonings, reserved water, and pasta into the pan. Let it simmer for 4-5 minutes.
04 - Cover the dish with mozzarella on top. Leave it alone for 5 minutes to melt.
