01 - Two garlic cloves, minced
02 - One medium onion, sliced thin
03 - One cup of mixed-color bell peppers, sliced
04 - A French baguette (1 loaf)
05 - One pound of thinly-sliced sirloin or ribeye steak
06 - One cup of mozzarella or provolone cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to heat up.
02 - Drizzle oil in a pan, then sauté bell peppers and onions for 5-7 minutes until soft.
03 - Toss the steak and garlic into the pan. Stir everything together and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the meat's nicely browned but still tender.
04 - Slice the baguette lengthwise, scoop out a bit of the middle, and stuff it with the veggies, steak, and cheese.
05 - Place the stuffed baguette on a lined baking tray and pop it into the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is gooey and bubbling.
