Classic Pimento Cheese (Print Version)

A smooth, cheesy blend of smoked gouda, tangy cheddar, and pimentos. Ideal on crackers, bread, or veggies.

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Blend

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, let it soften at room temperature
02 - 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shred it finely
03 - 8 ounces smoked Gouda, shredded into small pieces

→ Additional Mix-Ins

04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
06 - 8 ounces pimentos (or dice up roasted red peppers)
07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 - Cayenne pepper, as much or as little as you like
09 - Optional: 2 teaspoons dried parsley

# Steps:

01 - Toss everything except the cayenne pepper into a large bowl.
02 - Stir it by hand or use a mixer until it’s smooth or as thick as you want. Add cayenne to your taste.
03 - Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes, or chill overnight for up to a day. Sprinkle some parsley on top if you feel like it.
