Pink Chocolate Strawberries (Print Version)

Juicy strawberries coated in pink-toned chocolate for a pretty, classy snack.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds (24 pieces) of ripe strawberries
02 - About 11 oz of white chocolate baking chips
03 - A couple of teaspoons of coconut oil
04 - 5 to 10 drops of natural food dye in red

# Steps:

01 - Wash your strawberries thoroughly and lay them on paper towels to dry naturally.
02 - Heat the white chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in short 30-second bursts, stirring until creamy.
03 - Mix in the red food coloring and stir until you get the shade of pink you want.
04 - Stick a fork in the berries, dip them into the melted chocolate, shake off the extra, and place them on parchment paper.
05 - Allow the chocolate to firm up, then drizzle more melted chocolate over the top if you like.
