Cowboy Pretzel Sliders (Print Version)

Soft pretzel buns stuffed with zippy ground beef, melty cheese, smoky bacon, and jalapeños, then piled up with crunchy onions and drizzled in cowboy butter.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup crispy fried onions.
02 - 1 jalapeño pepper, get rid of seeds and slice it up.
03 - 1 pound ground beef.
04 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated.
05 - 6 slices thick bacon, crumble them.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.
07 - 1/2 yellow onion, chopped small.
08 - 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
10 - 1 package (9 count) pretzel slider buns.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic.
12 - Use some cowboy butter, split for later.

# Steps:

01 - Slather tops with butter, cover and stick it in for about 15 minutes, take off cover, bake 3-5 more minutes till they’re golden. Use that leftover butter for dipping.
02 - Lay the bottom buns in the pan. Spread on some cowboy butter. Next, scoop on your beef, then layer on jalapeños, bacon bits, cheddar, and crispy onions. Finish with top buns.
03 - Get the skillet going with beef, onion, garlic, all the seasoning. Cook 8-10 minutes. No pink left. Dump out extra grease.
04 - Crank oven up to 350°F. Spray that 8x8 dish with cooking spray.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Skip the lemon in your cowboy butter for this one.
02 - You can set it all up early and bake later if you want.
