Protein Cookies Four Ingredients (Print Version)

Chewy cookies featuring peanut butter and chocolate chips, delivering over 20g protein in every serving.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup peanut butter
02 - 2/3 cup brown sugar substitute
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
05 - 1/4 cup chocolate chips

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
03 - Using your hands, form 12 balls of cookie dough and place them onto the prepared tray. Press down on each to flatten into a cookie shape.
04 - Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges start to brown.
05 - Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking tray.
