Quick Caesar Wraps (Print Version)

01 - 1/3 cup lightly shredded Parmesan cheese
02 - 4 large flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch size)
03 - Kosher salt and fresh pepper to your liking
04 - 1/3 cup creamy Caesar dressing
05 - 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
06 - 1/2 cup seasoned croutons
07 - 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and toss together chicken, lettuce, croutons, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Use tongs to combine everything nicely. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Want it saucier? Stir in more dressing.
02 - Warm each tortilla on medium heat in a skillet, about 15-30 seconds per side, just until soft. Keep them cozy under a clean towel. Or pop them in the microwave wrapped in paper towels for the same amount of time.
03 - Lay the tortillas flat on your counter, then divide the salad mix evenly in the center. Fold opposite edges inward, then roll tightly like a burrito. Use toothpicks to hold together if needed.
04 - Either slice the wraps in half or leave them whole and enjoy.
