Simple Ramen Noodles (Print Version)

Toss ramen noodles with crisp veggies and your favorite protein. Everything's soaked in a flavorful, Asian-inspired sauce.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ½ cup cooked chicken or tofu cut into cubes
02 - 2 packs plain instant ramen noodles (toss those seasoning packets)

→ Vegetables

03 - ½ cup bell peppers sliced into strips
04 - ½ cup snap peas
05 - ½ cup carrots, sliced thin

→ Sauce & Oils

06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
08 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
09 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil

# Steps:

01 - Drop in the cooked noodles and stir everything until the sauce clings to it all
02 - Toss in chicken or tofu. Pour in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Mix it up well
03 - Pour vegetable oil into your large skillet over medium-high. Add carrots, snap peas, and bell peppers. Cook for about 3-4 minutes till they're just soft but still crisp
04 - Boil the ramen noodles like the package says, but toss the flavor packets. Drain them and set them aside
