Sausage Egg Kolaches (Print Version)

Fluffy rolls filled with cheesy, sausage-and-egg goodness. Quick to prep, perfect to grab and go.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 6 pre-cooked sausage links
02 - 12 frozen rolls, unbaked

→ Egg Mixture

03 - ½ tsp each of salt and onion powder
04 - A quarter teaspoon of black pepper
05 - 8 whole eggs
06 - 1/4 cup milk or cream

→ Toppings

07 - A quarter cup of everything bagel spice mix
08 - 6 slices of cheddar

# Steps:

01 - Set rolls out for 20 minutes so they soften enough to shape.
02 - Scramble eggs with the seasonings and cream, cooking till barely done. Stir in sausage pieces.
03 - Roll out the dough, pile eggs and cheese in the center, and close the edges with water as needed.
04 - Coat with the spice blend, line them up on a pan, cover them, and let them rise for half an hour.
05 - Put them 2 inches apart and bake at 350°F for about 15 to 17 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes.
