Set rolls out for 20 minutes so they soften enough to shape.

Scramble eggs with the seasonings and cream, cooking till barely done. Stir in sausage pieces.

Roll out the dough, pile eggs and cheese in the center, and close the edges with water as needed.

Coat with the spice blend, line them up on a pan, cover them, and let them rise for half an hour.

Put them 2 inches apart and bake at 350°F for about 15 to 17 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes.
