Meatball Pineapple Smokies (Print Version)

Juicy meatballs cooked with mini smokies and pineapple in a sweet apricot and BBQ blend. The whole gang will love this easy snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Meats & Fruits

01 - 20 ounces pineapple chunks, fully drained
02 - 1 package mini beef smokies (cocktail sausages)
03 - 32 ounces frozen beef meatballs

→ Sauce Base

04 - 1½ cups tangy barbecue sauce
05 - 12 ounces apricot jam

# Steps:

01 - Toss the pineapple chunks into the pot. Put the lid back on and let them warm up for about 20 minutes on high.
02 - Pop the lid on and set it to high. Give it 2-3 hours for everything to get hot all the way through.
03 - Scoop in all the frozen meatballs and mini smokies. Stir everything so all the pieces get coated in the sauce.
04 - Dump in the apricot jam and barbecue sauce right in your slow cooker. Stir it up till it's mixed together.
